Berkeley Group Runs
Join Berkeley for our daily group runs and enjoy beautiful local, scenic routes, great conversation and encouragement toward your training goals. Whether you are just beginning to run or you're a marathon veteran, our group runs will welcome you with open, supportive arms, helping you get more out of your miles - especially more fun!
All group runs leave from the store, unless otherwise noted. Please RSVP by calling the store or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Tuesday: Join Mike for a 6-8-mile run from Berkeley to the Capitol at 5:00AM. Pace: 7:00 to 7:30 minute/mile.
Wednesday: Join Amanda for a 3-5 mile run through Shorewood at 6:00 PM. Pace: 10-12 minute/mile.
Sunday: On Sunday, we offer a variety of group runs to suit your fitness needs:
1) Join Fran Flanagan, for an up-tempo run at 7:00AM. Pace: 6:30 minute/mile for ~11 miles.
2) Join Karen and Crystal for our Beginners Running Group for shorter runs leaving at 10:00AM. Karen is very familiar with the "Couch to 5K" program and is ready to help our adult beginners get off on the right foot!
3) No Runner Left Behind: Another great option for beginners, leaving at 1:00PM for a 3-5 mile run.
Our good friend Jeff Durbin is now leading group trail runs a few days a week, exploring the many fantastic trails of Dane County.
Weekend Trail Runs: Most weekends — email Jeff for more information.
Monday Night Trail Runs: 5:45pm, leaving from the main Picnic Point entrance. A short and easy recovery run on the Lakeshore nature preserve trails. Suitable for all runners.

Our good friend Dani Fischer will be leading an uptempo women's running group on Sundays, leaving from the store at 7:00am. Dani is an experienced and accomplished runner, and her group is a great option for women looking to take the next step with their competitive running.
